The csSECURE Platinum Support Package includes:
- 24/7 phone support,
- A person is assigned to support the customer,
- Issue reporting and tracking through E-mail/Web,
- Second and Third support levels,
- Preventive maintenance,
- Online documentation,
- Free minor version updates (releases with corrected bugs, including csSECURE revisions to support third party patches and updates regarding the third party software covered in the csSECURE Package),
- Free major version updates (releases with new third party applications integrated in csSECURE, with new User Interface and with new functionalities considered disruptive. When a new plug-in is added to a csSECURE Package it is considered a major release).
