Gold Support Package
The csSECURE Gold Support Package includes:
- Issue reporting and tracking through E-mail/Web,
- Phone support during work day hours (Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 12.00 and 13.00 to 18.00)
- Includes fixes for bugs reported,
- Online documentation,
- Free minor version updates (releases with corrected bugs, including csSECURE revisions to support third party patches and updates regarding the third party software covered in the csSECURE Package),
- Free major version updates (release with new third party application integrated in csSECURE, with new User Interface and with new functionalities considered disruptive. When a new plug-in is added to a csSECURE Package it is considered a major release).
