Service Excellence to support successful deployment and usage!
Critical Software is highly committed to the effective success of csSECURE deployment in each customer. This commitment is supported by:
Deployment services that are included in the package,
in order to ensure a smooth transition to production and to allow an easy calculation of the total cost of acquisition. Covers the support to the transition process that both technical administrators and end-users are required to go through during the deployment of the information protection system. The set of Deployment Services included in the product package covers:
- Infrastructure Assessment,
- Installation and configuration of csSECURE and RMS,
- Installation testing,
- Training covering end-users and administrators,
- Onsite deployment support for end-users and administrators.
Silver Support Package provides
Support services for the 1st year are included in the csSECURE package licensing, to ensure support during initial operation, the most demanding period in terms of support requests.
csSECURE offers
different levels of annual support services, in order to allow the customer to achieve an alignment with his internal support procedures.
Critical Software also provides
Consulting (Information Security Management) and Engineering Services outside of the base package, allowing custom approaches to csSECURE deployment.
