Microsoft Project is a widely used tool for assisting project managers in developing plans, assigning resources to tasks, tracking progress, managing budgets and analyzing workloads. Frequently these project plans contain time-to-market information, resources, budgets and company constraints, thus probable of containing information subject to high confidentiality levels.
csSECURE MS Project plug-in extends the security policy enforcement to the project management domain and therefore extending csSECURE applicability to project oriented departments and organizations.
Microsoft Visio is commonly used for presenting complex information in a comprehensive visual way, including processes and systems. Visio is frequently used to represent visual models of the company processes and the system views of the developed products, all confidential information requiring protection against external leakage.
The csSECURE Visio Plug-in illustrated above enforces security classification of MS Visio documents and limits rights on MS Visio document usage according to the security policies defined centrally.
