Product Overview
csSECURE provides information access control and information flow control mechanisms, allowing authorised users to allocate a security classification to any file or email.
The information is secured by keeping unstructured data encrypted all the time: when stored, at use and in transit. Only authorised users are able to gain restricted access to the protected information. Thus, even if the information is intentionally or unintentionally leaked, no damage is done since unauthorised users will not be able to access it. Keeping the information encrypted all times is especially critical when it is stored on external servers (Cloud Computing) and is used in collaboration with external partners.
Based on the information’s security classification and on the security clearance given to the user, one can or cannot open, edit, print, copy and/or paste the classified and encrypted information.
In advanced scenarios, access to the information can be given for a limited period of time and once the document expires the user will not be able to access it again.
The product is easy to use, very transparent from the user perspective, and has a minimal learning curve. It is fully integrated with the most commonly used business applications. To make the product better suited to the needs of different customers, csSECURE is designed based in the "pay for what you use” scheme. The flexible structure of the different packages allows the user to choose what he really needs and save on unneeded components.
